What are the benefits of blogging for students?
Blogging allows students to have a platform to demonstrate their voice. In demonstrating their voice, they can learn how to respond and reflect to comments. This process of going back and forth in a journalistic style, increases the students knowledge as well as their ability to communicate effectively. This is also an opportunity for students to create safe and productive environments for discussion. Civil discourse is a national problem today. Blogging can help promote the proper and most effective manner in which we as a society can communicate in an online forum.
